Straight answers

Is this therapy?
No. The Road Back is grief coaching and peer support. It isn’t a substitute for counseling or medical care. If what you’re carrying needs a licensed counselor, Joe will tell you, and help you find one.
Do I have to talk in front of other guys?
Not until you’re ready. Plenty of men spend the first few sessions mostly listening. Nobody gets put on the spot.
Is it religious?
No. It’s for every man, whatever you believe or don’t. Nobody will preach at you.
Not sure it’s the right fit?
That’s okay. Book a conversation with Joe before you sign up. No pressure.
