Welcome to the Emmaus Collective! My name is Joe McGarry and I am the founder and lead coach of Emmaus Collective. 

I am a trained and certified Life and Grief through the International Coaching Federation. 

I  have a passion for helping individuals navigate through the ups and downs of life. I specialize in helping leaders gain clarity and confidence so they can become the best version of themselves. I have had the privilege of working with over a hundred individuals, and I am excited to continue this journey with you.

Being a coach is not just a job for me, it's a calling. For the last 20 years I have worked as a pastor and ministry leader in the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America  I have been blessed with the opportunity to combine my love for coaching and my faith with those that I have served. I have taken what I have learned over the last 20 years and I have incorporated it into my coaching practice. I believe that everyone has the potential to reach their goals, overcome their struggles, and live a fulfilling life.

I understand that every individual is unique and that's why I work with each of my clients to develop a personalized coaching plan that fits their specific needs.
