Cross Cultural Coaching with Keisa Capers
Now based in South Carolina, Keisa has over 20+ years of cross-cultural mission work in, but not limited to, Africa, Asia, and the Pacific Islands, centered around her heart’s passion for staff care and leadership development of global leaders. Keisa started her coaching journey with Coaching Mission International in 2009 as a trainee in CMI’s first Professional Coach training cohort and began coaching with CMI in 2010. Her heart is to coach leaders to align their work with their personal values so they can thrive wherever they are called. Having experienced first hand the power of coaching, she wants to see global leaders tap into the power that coaching provides.She loves international travel, experiencing new cultures and cooking international menus.
